RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4731 ESTABLISHING A
UNIFORM SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES
WHEREAS, at the April 10, 1995 Council Meeting Ordinance No.
553 Entitled, "Cigarettes and Tobacco Products", an ordinance which
established Chapter 512 of the Mounds View Mu~19ie~1 Code was
adopted. \ ;~_~,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 553 provides\tor ~~e I;c~hsjng of
ven~ors, restrictions on vending mac!iin~,~ and\',ad~ini~Jf~tive penalties

NOW, THEREFOREi.. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
