<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4777 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE TAX INCREMENT <br />FINANCING PROJECT 1988A FUND TO THE M.S.A. PROJECT FUND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has <br />notified the City that an overpayment of $22,536.30 was made to the <br />City for the Quincy Street Project (from County Road H2 to Highway 10 <br />); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MnDOT has informed the City that the overpayment will be <br />deducted from future Minnesota State Aid (M.S.A.) street project <br />payments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Quincy Street Project was originally accounted for <br />in the Tax Increment Financing Project 1988A Fund and all M.S.A. <br />Projects are now accounted for in the M.S.A. Project Fund; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the <br />transfer of $22,536.30 from the Tax Increment Financing Project 1988A <br />Fund to the M.S.A. Project Fund to reimburse the M.S.A. Project Fund <br />for the deduction of the overpayment from future M.S.A. street project <br />payments. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of June, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
