CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING PROJECT 1988A FUND TO THE M.S.A. PROJECT FUND
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has
notified the City that an overpayment of $22,536.30 was made to the
City for the Quincy Street Project (from County Road H2 to Highway 10
); and
WHEREAS, MnDOT has informed the City that the overpayment will be
deducted from future Minnesota State Aid (M.S.A.) street project
payments; and
WHEREAS, the Quincy Street Project was originally accounted for
in the Tax Increment Financing Project 1988A Fund and all M.S.A.
Projects are now accounted for in the M.S.A. Project Fund;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the
transfer of $22,536.30 from the Tax Increment Financing Project 1988A
Fund to the M.S.A. Project Fund to reimburse the M.S.A. Project Fund
for the deduction of the overpayment from future M.S.A. street project
payments.
