<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4780 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4731 ESTABLISHING <br />A UNIFORM SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution, sets fees to cover the cost of <br />various services and the administration of the same, provided by the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current fee of $100 for hydrant deposit will not cover the <br />potential damage resulting from the misuse or improper operation of the hydrant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff is recommending the deposit to be increased to $300 to <br />adequately recover the cost of repair of a damaged hydrant. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View hereby amends Resolution No. 4731 Establishing A Uniform Schedule <br />of Fees and Charges by increasing the hydrant fee from $100 to $300. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of June, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />.-7- ~ <br />-' . <br />/ - /....--.... <br />~,____../2_/.,..... _ L/ <br />". ~ <br />/' - Mayor ./ <br />_/ <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />/cJ.-IL,~ <br />
