CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4731 ESTABLISHING
A UNIFORM SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution, sets fees to cover the cost of
various services and the administration of the same, provided by the City; and
WHEREAS, the current fee of $100 for hydrant deposit will not cover the
potential damage resulting from the misuse or improper operation of the hydrant; and
WHEREAS, staff is recommending the deposit to be increased to $300 to
adequately recover the cost of repair of a damaged hydrant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View hereby amends Resolution No. 4731 Establishing A Uniform Schedule
of Fees and Charges by increasing the hydrant fee from $100 to $300.
Adopted this 12th day of June, 1995.
