CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4731 ESTABLISHING
A UNIFORM SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution, sets fees to cover the cost of
various services and the administration of the same, provided by the City; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 553 entitled, "Cigarettes and Tobacco Products"
was adopted by the City Council on April 10, 1995; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 553 provides for the licensing of vendors,
restrictions on vending machines and administrative penalties for violators; and
WHEREAS, staff is recommending a fee of $150 per year to cover the costs of
licensing the vendors of cigarettes and tobacco products.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View hereby amends Resolution No. 4731 Establishing A Uniform Schedule
of Fees and Charges by adding the license fee of $150 for Cigarettes and Tobacco
Products.
