CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4731 ESTABLISHING
A UNIFORM SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution, sets fees to cover the cost of
various services and the administration of the same, provided by the City; and
WHEREAS, the current fee for candidacy filing is $5.00; and
WHEREAS, the current filing fee is not adequate to cover the administrative
services provided to candidates filing for office; and
WHEREAS, staff is recommending an increase from $5.00 to $20.00 to recover
a portion of the services provided to the candidates,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View hereby amends Resolution No. 4731 Establishing A Uniform Schedule
of Fees and Charges by increasing the filing fee from $5.00 to $20.00.
