RESOLUTION NO. 4790
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR STEVE ANDERT, CUSTODIAN
WHEREAS, Steve Andert began working for the City of Mounds View in
January of 1995; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Andert's work performance has fulfilled the
responsibilities of Custodian as outlined in the job description;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Andert's work performance has been satisfactorily
reflected in his performance review; and
WHEREAS, a wage adjustment to Step 2, which is consistent with the
City's compensation policy, is recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
hereby approve a wage adjustment for Steve Andert from $7.73/hour
to $8.20/hour effective 1/11/95.
