CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW TO ENTER INTO A
SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH KERR TRANSPORT A TION SERVICES, INC. TO
PROVIDE DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING PROGRAM FOR SAFETY SENSITIVE
EMPLOYEES PER FEDERAL MANDATE
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View, acting in accordance with Federal
Regulation, is required to implement a drug and alcohol testing program for safety
sensitive employees.
WHEREAS, Mounds View City staff reviewed and researched alternative
programs and found Kerr Transportation Services to be an excellent provider of this
servIce.
WHEREAS, A one time fee of $189 plus drug and alcohol tests costs enters
Mounds View into Kerr's Service Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View authorize Staff to enter into a Service Contract with Kerr Transportation
Service, Inc
