<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4808 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF STORM WATER MANAGEMENT <br />UTILITY FUNDS FOR THE STUDY OF THE SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE <br />SYSTEM WITHIN THE MOUNDS VIEW INDUSTRIAL PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Consulting Engineer has <br />recommended that the City of Mounds View conduct a comprehen- <br />sive study of the surface water drainage system within the <br />Mounds View Industrial Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />consulting engineers' recommendation and concurs with his <br />findings; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View established a Surface <br />Water Management Utility Fund in 1993 to generate funds for <br />the study, maintenance and improvement of the surface water <br />drainage systems within the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed surface water drainage system study <br />in the Mounds View Industrial Park is eligible for funding out <br />of the Storm Water Management Utility Fund <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View authorizes the use of $4,000 to be <br />used for the study of the surface water drainage system in the <br />Mounds View Industrial Park out of the Surface Water Manage- <br />ment Utility Fund, Account No. 420-3470-000. <br /> <br />Adopted this 11th day of September, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />May?' r . <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br /> <br />
