<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4835 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF THE COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Coordinator assumed the responsibilities of <br />overseeing the Engineering Division and Community Development Department in 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at that time the organizational plan was to review the classification of the <br />Community Development Coordinator and evaluate his perfonnance with the purpose of <br />reclassifying to Community Development Director upon satisfactory evaluation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Paul Harrington's performance as Community Development <br />Coordinator has been exemplary; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, reclassifying the position from Community Development Coordinator to <br />Community Development Director is consistent with the management goals of the <br />organization and more closely identifies duties and responsibilities with job classification. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council in and for the City <br />of Mounds View does hereby reclassify the position of Community Development Coordinator <br />to Community Development Director effective January 1, 1996 with the following 5 step <br />compensation plan: <br /> <br />Step 1 <br /> <br />Step 4 <br /> <br />Step 5 <br /> <br />Step 2 <br /> <br />Step 3 <br /> <br />$48,720 <br /> <br />$51,765 <br /> <br />$57,855 <br /> <br />$60,900 <br /> <br />$54,810 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Paul Harrington will commence his new <br />reclassification at Step 1, effective 1/1/96 and advance through the Step Plan according to <br />City policy. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of November, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />", <br />-.--------- <br />
