RESOLUTION NO. 4837
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT WITH THE EXECUTIVE SEARCH
FIRM OF THE BRIMEYER GROUP, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Administrator, Samantha Orduno, has resigned to take
another job in California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to employ the services of an executive
search firm to conduct a professional recruitment process; and
WHEREAS, the City sent Requests for Proposals to eight Executive Search
Firms; and
WHEREAS, the City received for consideration the proposals of six Executive
Search Firms; and
WHEREAS, upon reviewing the proposals, it was determined after review that
the executive search firm of The Brimeyer Group, Inc. was the firm that could best
meet the recruitment needs of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council in and for the City
of Mounds View hereby approves the attached contract, Exhibit A, for an Executive
Search Firm in an amount not to exceed $16,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a transfer of $16,000 from Account No. 100-
3850-000-000 be transferred to the following accounts is hereby approved.
