RESOLUTION NO. 4841
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT WITH TAUTGES, REDPATH AND
COMPANY, LTD. FOR UTIUTY RATE UPDATE
WHEREAS, the City Council has decided that it is in the best interest of the
City to periodically review the Utility Rate Structure; and
WHEREAS, the City's auditing firm of Tautges, Redpath and Company, Ltd.
proposes to conduct a study at a fee not to exceed $2,600,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council in and for the City
of Mounds View hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute the attached agreement for
the Utility Rate Update,
Adopted this 13th day of November, 1995.
