<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4847 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR MARK ANDRESCIK, <br />PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mark Andrescik began working for the City of Mounds View on November 16, <br />1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Andrescik's work performance has met the responsibilities of Public <br />Works Maintenance Worker as outlined in the job description; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, his work performance has been determined to be satisfactory; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a wage adjustment that is consistent with the City's compensation policy is <br />recommended. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby <br />approve a step adjustment for Mark Andrescik from $14.47/hour to $15.24/hour effective <br />11/16/95. <br /> <br />Presented this 27th day of November, 1995. <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br />~v <br /> <br />. ~ <br /> <br />.....--..----.'" . <br /> <br />t~ <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />/r, . / c <br />./P~uVHarrington, Acti <br />c-.--.-- <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />
