RESOLUTION NO. 4847
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR MARK ANDRESCIK,
PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER
WHEREAS, Mark Andrescik began working for the City of Mounds View on November 16,
1994; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Andrescik's work performance has met the responsibilities of Public
Works Maintenance Worker as outlined in the job description; and
WHEREAS, his work performance has been determined to be satisfactory; and
WHEREAS, a wage adjustment that is consistent with the City's compensation policy is
recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby
approve a step adjustment for Mark Andrescik from $14.47/hour to $15.24/hour effective
11/16/95.
