CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ADOPTION OF THE CERTIFIED COPY
OF CORPORATE RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FACSIMILE
SIGNATURES
WHEREAS, Samantha Orduno, City Administrator of the City of
Mounds View, resigned employment with the City of Mounds View
November 24, 1995; and
WHEREAS, Don Brager, Finance Director of the City of Mounds
View also resigned his employment with the City of Mounds View on
November 13, 1995; and
/
WHEREAS, Paul Harrington has been made Interim City
Administrator of the City of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, Mary Tatarek has been made Interim Finance
Coordinator for the City of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that three names appear on the
signature stamp and on the various banking accounts for the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council in and
for the City of Mounds View does hereby approve the signatures of Paul
Harrington and Mary Tatarek to be added to the signature stamp and
to the necessary paperwork for the City's banking and investment
accounts.
