<br />.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4878 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR ANTHONY HONKOMP, <br />2908 ARDAN AVENUE, PLANNING CASE NO. 432-95 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the request of <br />Anthony Honkomp for an oversized garage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows, by conditional use permit, up to <br />1,264 square feet of garage/accessory buildings square footage on one lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant is proposing a 994 square foot attached garage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable setback requirements, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />the requested conditional use permit for an oversized garage by Anthony Honkomp, 2908 Ardan <br />Avenue, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a, The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey County within 60 days of <br />City Council approval, and a receipt of such recording shall be provided to the <br />City of Mounds View, <br /> <br />b, The building be designed and maintained to provide a uniform building appearance <br />with the dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of January, 1996, <br /> <br />: ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Mayor .,' /'...__-'---~ <br />..;,.,~ ../ <br />(ic::': clerk~j~ C <br />
