CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1996 COMPENSATION SCHEDULE AND
THE 1996 INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION SCHEDULE FOR ALL CITY EMPLOYEES AND
APPROVING THE 1996 BARGAINING UNIT CONTRACT FOR PUBLIC WORKS AND
P ARKS MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the Personnel Compensation and Insurance Schedule must be set annually by
Council resolution; and
WHEREAS, the proposed wage ranges are included in the 1996 Personnel Compensation
Schedule (attachment A), 1996 Labor Agreement (attachment B); and the Patrol wage rate
(attachment C)
WHEREAS, the Compensation Schedules reflects a 3% annual compensation adjustment for all
city employees; organized employees contingent upon union's acceptance.
WHEREAS, it is proposed that the City continue to make a contribution toward the cost of
employee health insurance of up to $330/mo., towards the cost of family health insurance ,md
shall pay the entire premium for full-time single health insurance coverage, effective, 1/1/96, for
all City employees; organized employees contingent upon union's acceptance.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Mounds View approve
the 1996 Compensation Schedule and the 1996 Insurance Contribution Schedule for all City
Employees and Approving the 1996 Bargaining Unit Contract for Public Works and Parks
Maintenance
