<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4894 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST <br />BY LINDER'S GREENHOUSES, PLANNING CASE NO. 435-95 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pete Linder, representing Linder's Greenhouses, has requested City approval to conduct <br />open and outdoor sales at Mounds View Square Shopping Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the open and outdoor sales would take the form of a temporary greenhouse facility on <br />the site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Municipal Code allows open and outdoor sales in a B-4. Regional <br />Business with the issuance of a conditional use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding this <br />proposal: <br /> <br />a) Site plan dated December 19, 1995 <br />b) Letter of request dated December 15, 1995 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the proposal is in conformance with the <br />requirements of the Municipal Code, specifically Title 1100. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mound View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the conditional use permit with the following conditions: <br />1. The facility shall be allowed to operate from March 20, 1996 to July 15, 1996. <br />2. The hours of operation of the facility shall not exceed 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALL Y RESOLVED that the Planning Commission directs staff to forward this resolution <br />to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted ihis 26th day of February, 1996. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />M~~ <br />....'/2 ~. <br /> <br />(Seal) <br /> <br />/ <br />C <br /> <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />.~ <br />
