RESOLUTION NO. 5355
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AND APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF
PLEASANT VIEW DRIVE AND RAMSEY COUNTY ROAD 10
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View
lS in support of and approving the construction of a traffic signal
at the intersection of Pleasant View Drive and Ramsey County Road
10 and;
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has been requested
to contribute to the cost of said project which amounts to 12.5% or
approximately $16,500.00 and;
WHEREAS, the City will utilized MSA funds to fund
its' contribution to the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Mounds View supports and approves the construction
of a traffic signal at the intersection of Pleasant View Drive and
Ramsey County Road 10 and authorizes the expenditure of MSA funds
for the City's contribution to the cost of the project.
Adopted this 9th day of August, 1999.
