<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5361 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT FOR <br />EDGEWOOD DRIVE AND TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City of Mounds View is entering into a tral1ic control signal <br />agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transp0l1ation. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Mounds View enter into an agreement with <br />thc State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation 10r the following purposes; to wit: <br /> <br />To install a new traffic control signal with street lights. interconnect and signing <br />on Trunk Highway No.1 0 at Edgcwood Drive-Theater Entrance in accordance <br />with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agrcemcnt No. 79328R. a <br />copy of which was before the Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED. that the proper City officers <br />be and hereby are authorized to execute such agrccment. and thercby assume for and on behalf of <br />the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
