A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREF.MENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MOUNDS VIE\V AND LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, INC., LOCAL NO.
232 FOR WAGES AND EMPLOYMENT CONnITIONS FOR 1998-99
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. Local
No. 232 submitted wage and employment conditions to an arbitrator for a final determination;
and
AND WHEREAS, the final determination of the arbitrator of those wages and
cmployment conditions are now presented to the City Council;
THEREFORE BE IT NOW RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby
approves the agreement for liscal years 1998 and 1999. and authorizes the Mayor and Clcrk-
Administrator to sign the al.!recment on behalf of the City of Mounds View.
