CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
SOIA TE OF M1NNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO TILE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW'S
UNIfORM SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES. EXHIBIT A ATTACHED
WHEREAS. all the fees (md charges of the City of Mounds View are listed in a uniform
schedule; and
WHEREAS. revisions and updates are necessary to the Fee Schedule last adopted in 1998
to reflect City costs and the Statc of Minnesota UBC. 1999 Building Data; and
WHEREAS. the proposed fees arc consistent and comparable to the Uniform BuiJding
Code and other Metropolitan cities; and
WHEREAS, the 1998 fee Schedule will now be known as the 2000 Fee Schedule;
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds
View does herehy approve the revisions to the Uniform Fee Schedule and Charges attaclll:d
hercto and referred to as Exhihit A. All other fees not shown on Exhibit A shall remain the
same.
Adopted this 22nd day of Novcmber. 1999.
