RESOLlJIlON APPROVING THE HIRE OF JLREMJAH ANDERSON AS HOUSING/CODE
ENfORCEMENT INSPECTOR
WHEREAS. the position or Housing/Code Enforcement Inspector was advertised in
sevcrallocal publications resulting in 7 candidates applying for the position: and
WHEREAS. Jeremiah Anderson applied for the position and meets the nlinimum
qualifications as described in the position announccment; and
WI IEREAS. Mr. Anderson has rdevant experience as a Blaine Spring lake Park Mounds
View Fircman: and
WHEREAS. Mr. Andcrson will complete two relevant courses in field inspection and
housing inspection at Inver Hills Community College and complete training in section g
inspection during his six month probationary period.
\lOW. TIlFREFORF. BE IT RESOLVED. that ./eremiah Anderson be hired for the
Housing Inspector position starting Decl'mber ] 5. 1999 at step one of the J 999 salary schedule
($2.495.07 pcr month)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that such hire is contingent upon the successful
completion of a physical examination. background check and drug and alcohol test.
