RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSION MEMBERS AND CLARIFYING
COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP
WHEREAS, the terms of the persons listed below have expired or the seat is open due
to a resignation; and

WHEREAS, each person whose term has expired has been advised that public notice of
their open seat has been given; and
WHEREAS, the Commissions consist of members appointed by the Mayor with the
approval of the majority of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Council do hereby
approve the following appointments and general make-up of the various Commissions:
