<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5399 <br /> <br />CITV OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />County of Rams~y <br />State of Minncsota <br /> <br />ADOPTING THE 2000 PR(WERTY TAX LEVY AND GENERAL FOND B1JDGET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council conducted numerous meetings, made available detailed copies of <br />said budget and published summary information on the proposed 2000 Budget in the City newsletter; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City Council held a public hearing in accordance with the State of Minnesota Truth <br />In Taxation requiremcnts on the proposed 2000 Budgct on December 6. 1999: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, when the Fire Improvelll~nt Bonds of 1991 were issued. the City's 2000 debt service <br />payment was scheduled to be $100.776. hO\vever. due to changes in the allocation of costs between <br />participating cities.
