RESOLUTION NO. 5403
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW DATA
PRACTICES PROCEDURES
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View receives numerous requests
annually for information covered by Chapter 13 of the Minnesota Statutes;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is committed to responsibly and
lawfully sharing information with the public; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to track information that is disseminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
approve the City of Mounds View Data Practices Procedures.
Adopted this 13th day of December, 1999.
