STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING 1999 TRANSFERS AND BlTJ)GET REVISIONS
WHEREAS. the City adopted budgets for various funds for J 999 which included interfund
translers for various purposcs: and
WHEREAS. the City has approved various activities with funding commg from pre\iously
estahlished reserves or undcsignated reserves.
NO\V THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by thc City Council of the City of Mounds View

approved:
General Fund
I. City Council - professional services: Increasc by $55,000 for airport litigation &
increasc in contractual cost of taking minutes of mcetings; funding ii-om reserves &
othcr local governmental revenue.
()ther local governmental revenue: Increase by $6.000 tor assistance from othcr cities
f'()r airport legislation.
Central scrvices - legal: increasc by $15.000: funding from contingcncy
Central services - other professional services: incrcase by $5.000 for arbitration costs;
fund i ng from contingency.
Central services - legal notices: increasc by $2.500 f'(w cost of printing Ordinances
and other legal notices; funding from contingency.

7. Community Development - building inspection contractual: incrcase $25,000 for cost
of building inspections above normal year. close out old files. and review & insp~ct
projects fi'om prior to date of contract; funding Ji'om increase in building permit
revenucs.
8. Building permit revenue: increase by $100.000.
