RESOLUTION NO. 5416
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO INITIATE A REZONING
ACTION FOR CERTAIN GOLF COURSE PARCELS
WHEREAS, the Bridges Golf Course property is made up of a collection of
subdivided, platted and unplatted parcels; and,
WHEREAS, the Bridges Golf Course properties are collectively zoned CRP
(Conservancy, Recreation and Preservation), PF (Public Facilities), and 1-1 (Industrial);
and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to establish a proper and consistent
zoning designation over the entirety of the Golf Course grounds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds
View does hereby direct and authorize staff to initiate and undertake a rezoning action of
parcels associated with the Bridges Golf Course.
Adopted this 28th day of February, 2000.
