CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ELEVENTH RIDER TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH ST. PAUL WATER UTILITY
WHEREAS, an additional rider to the agreement with St. Paul Water Utility is required
for the reconstruction of a storm water pipe on Ramsey County Road I and:
WHEREAS, St. Paul Water Utility has drafted and adopted the rider and:
WHEREAS, the City COllncil of the City of Mounds View is in support of the rider.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City COllncil of the City of Mounds
Vie,,\'. docs hereby approve the Eleventh Rider to the Agreement with St. Paul Water Utility.
