RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEl\'IENT
Resolution# 5452
Be it resolved that the Mounds View Police Department enter into a grant agreement with
the Vlinnesota Department or Public Sarety, Oftice of Traffic Safety Jor the project
entitled SAFE & SOBER COMMUNITIES during the period from October L 2000
through Scptember 30, 2()() I .
Mounds View Police Chief William Clark is hereby authorized to execute such
agreemcnts and amendmcnts as arc necessary to implcmcnt the project on behalf of the
:vIounds View Police Department and is to be the fiscal agent and administer of the grant.
I ccrtify that the above rcsolution was adoptcd by the CITY COUNCIL or MOLJ:\DS
VIEW, M1N\lESOT A on July 24, 2000.
