RESOLUTION 5466
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Establishing Fees for Tattoo and Body Piercing Licenses
WHEREAS, all the fees and charges of the City of Mounds View are listed
in a uniform schedule; and,
WHEREAS, revisions and updates to the Fee Schedule are necessary to
reflect the adoption of new ordinances by the Mounds View City Council; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed license and investigation fees are consistent
with, and comparable to, those of other metropolitan cities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve the Tattoo and Body Piercing Establishment
license and investigation fees, as referenced in Exhibit A, for inclusion in the
2000 Fee Schedule.
Adopted this 25th day of September, 2000.
