HE IT RI:SOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") for the City of Mounds Vicw. Minnesota (the
"City"). as follows:
Section 1. Public lJearinl!. This Council shall meet on November 13. 2000. at approximately
7:00 P.\I.. to hold a public l1caring on thc proposcd modification Modifications to the Tax Incremcnt
Financing Plans lar Tax Incrcment Financing Districts Nos. I, 2 and 3. (all rcdevelopment districts).
pursuant to and accordance with Minnesota Statutes.. Sections 469.174 through 469.179. inclusive, as
amended, in an effort to encourage the development and redevelopment of certain dcsignated arcas within
the City: and
Section'" Notice_of PublicJlearing, l:'i1il1g of Modificatio-'l~. City staff is authorized and
directed to work with Lhlers and Associates. InC-. to prepare the Modifications to the Tax Increment
Financing Plans lor Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. I. 2 and 3 and to forward documents to the
appropriate taxing jurisdictions including Ramsey Counly and Indcpcm.knt School District No. 621. The
City Administrator is authorized and directed to cause notice of the hearing, together with an appropriatc
map as required by law. to be published at least once in the official newspaper of the City not latcr than
10. nor more than 30. days prior to November 13. 2000, and to place a copy ofthe Modifications on file
in the City Administrator"s officc at City I1all and to make stich copy available for inspection by the
public.
