STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE OF
STREET LIGHT INST ALLATlO:'\ ST A?\DARDS
WHEREAS, thc City Council of the City of Mounds Vicw docs hereby grant a variance
of the street light installation standards for thc installation of a street light at thcintcrsection of
the path and Adams Street and;
WHEREAS, a petition has bccn received and signed by the residcnts of the area
requesting such installation and;
WHEREAS. the installation of this street light will provide increased awarencss of
pcdestrians exiting the path during the night timc hours and;
XOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. that the City Council of the City of Mounds
Vie\v. does hereby grant a variance of the street light installation standards for thc installation of
a strcct I ight at the intersection ofthe path and Adams Street.
