A:\1) ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE
'vVHERFAS. the City Council of the City of Mounds View has amcndcd the Municipal
Code ofthc City of\1ounds Vicw and;
WHERLAS. Chaptcr 906.04. Subd. 4 Entitled "Responsibility for Rcpairs" has been
amcnded to enabk the City of Mounds View to cnter onto private property to perl()I'111 repairs on
\\ater services and;
WIIERL:/\S. a separate non-refundable fee ofS4.00 per quarter will be added as an
additional ehargcd to all single Lll11ily units. dupk:\es. t'lmrpk:\es and to\-vnhouscs to fund this
\vater service repair program and:
'vVI ICRL\S. a spceial account "ill be L'stablishcd \vithin the \Vater DcpartmCllt Budgct to
fund \)(lly thes(' repairs.
:\0\\/. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council ofthc City of Mounds
Vie\\ does hercby creatc a special account cstablished within the Water Department Budget to
fund the repair or replacemcnt of private \vatcr services for all single bmily units. duple:\cs.
