WHEREAS. the City prepared and made ani1ab1e detailed budgets at City Hall and published summary
information on the 2001 Budgets for funds other than the General Fund in thc City newsletter: and
WHF:REAS. thc City Council has considered said budgets.
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View that the
