Approving the 2001 TimeSaver Contract
Whereas, TimeSaver has been taking minutes for City Council, EDA and
Planning Commission meetings, mostly recently, since 1999 and
Whereas, Ule City Council discussed the 2001 TimeSaver contract at its
December 4,2000 work session, and
Whereas, the City Council and staff are pleased with the thoroughness
and accuracy of the minutes taken by TimeSaver.
NOW, THEI~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council agrees to and accepts the terms of TimeSaver's 2001 contract (see
attachment).
Adopted this 11th day of December 2000.
