<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution 5497 <br /> <br />Whereas, the City of Mounds View has an annual Retainer Agreement for <br />General Legal Ser/ices with Kennedy & Graven, and <br /> <br />Whereas, the terms of such Agreement are defined in a letter from <br />Kennedy & Graven dated October 14,1999, and <br /> <br />Whereas, the term of the Agreement is 12 months and is up for renewal, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Whereas, page 4, number 12 of the aforementioned letter provides for an <br />extension to the A~Jreement, and <br /> <br />Whereas, at its December 4, 2000 work session the Mounds View City <br />Council discussed this Agreement and directed staff to extend the terms of the <br />current agreement until the City Council is able to adequately review its options, <br />and <br /> <br />Whereas, the City Administrator will provide the City Council with an <br />analysis of the current service, options and recommendations at the February, <br />2001 work session, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View <br />extends the terms and conditions of the Retainer for General Legal City Attorney <br />Services, as outlined in the Kennedy & Graven correspondence dated October <br />14, 1999 until such time as the City Council has adequately reviewed its options. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />......, , <br /> <br />/ ! . / //; /. ~/ <br />I {, JU rp I ,/ It!
