STATE OF 1\IIXNESOTA
RESOLLTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL APPROVAL TO
SATURN TRANSPORTATION TO RELOCATE ITS OPERATIONS TO BUILDI:\G A
OF '.OUNDS VIEW BLSL\ESS PARK
WHEREAS. Saturn 'Transportation Company desircs to move its operations to Building A
of \1ounds View Busincss Park; and.
\\'HERL\S. Saturn Transportation has a Iket of semi trailers and is in the busincss of
transporting rctail storc Jixturcs J()r its clicnts to various locations throughout the country; and.
\VB EREAS. as a result of its opcration. Saturn Transportation would need to park scmi
trailers 011 thc property: and.
\VHEREAS, because o1'the community's hcightcned focus on Highway 10 and the
potential for increased truck traffic in rcsidcntial areas. the City Council is choosing to examinc
closely thosc uscs seeking to locatc within the busincss parks.
NO\\-, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that thc Mounds Vicw City Council does
hereby allow Saturn Transportation Company to occupy Building A of Mounds View Business
Park contingent upon Saturn cxecuting an agreement in which it agrees to the following conditions
of occupancy:
1. Saturn shall not park more than 2() trailers on the property at any onc timc.
Saturn shall submit \uiriable proofofoff-sitc trailer storagc.
3. Truck access to the facility shall be via Highway 10. utilizing Quincy Street, Womble
Drive or Program Avenue. At no timc shall trucks be allowcd north of Wood ale Drivc.

~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that occupancy is approved
upon receipt 0 f thc executcd agrcemcnt.
