RESOLUTION AuTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF BLOCK GRANT AGREEME1\T
Be it rcsolved that City of Mounds View. Minnesota docs support and authorize the
application and acceptancc of the FY 2000 Local Law Enforccment Block Grant and is
prepared to mcet all understandings assurances contained therein, and directs and
authorizcs the person identified as the official reprcsentativc of the City to act in
connection with the process.
Kathlecn Miller. City Administrator is hereby authorized to exccute and sign such Grant
Agreemcnts and amcndments as arc necessary to implement the Grant on behalf orthe
City of Mounds View. Minnesota.
I ccrtify that thc above resolution was adopted by the City Council City of Mounds View,
Minnesota on January 8. 2001.
