RESOLUTION NO. 5511
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO BARBARA THOMAS
WHEREAS, Barbara Thomas was appointed to fill a
vacancy on the Mounds View Planning and Zoning Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Ms. Thomas served as an outspoken and
active member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for a period
of six months; and,
WHEREAS, Ms. Thomas resigned from her position on the
Planning and Zoning Commission after her election to the Mounds
View City Council; and,
WHEREAS, in a short period of time, Ms. Thomas gained
the respect and gratitude of those who had the privilege of working
with her on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Mounds View, on behalf of the residents of the City of
Mounds View, expresses its appreciation to Barbara Thomas for her
dedicated and devoted service on the Mounds View Planning and
Zoning Commission.
Adopted this 8th day of January, 2001.
