RESOLUTION NO. 5534
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE ELIGIBILITY LIST SUBMITTED
BY THE POLICE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
WHEREAS, members of the Police Civil Service Commission consisting of three
members and serving the Citizens of Mounds View; and
WHEREAS, the Police Civil Service Commission does tender three names to the City
Council as eligible for hire in a ranking order; and
WHEREAS, based upon the recommendation of the Police Civil Service Commission the
City Council does accept the eligible list; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby
certify the eligibility list presented by the Police Civil Service Commission.
