RESOLUTION 5535
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE START DATE AND SALARY FOR THE
POLICE LIEUTENANT
WHEREAS, Timothy Brennan has served in the Mounds View Police Department
for 21 years; and
WHEREAS, based upon the recommendation of the Police Civil Service
Commission the City Council appointed Tim Brennan as Police Lieutenant at its
February 12, 2001 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Tim Brennan will begin his duties
as Lieutenant Saturday, February 17, 2001 and will receive any applicable back
pay.
BE IT FURTHER RESOVLED THAT Mr. Brennan will start at Step 3
($4835.92/mo.) and move to Step 4 ($51 04.58/mo.) in six months upon
satisfactory review of his performance. Thereafter, Mr. Brennan will move up
one step annually contingent upon satisfactory performance reviews. All other
personnel policies and benefits will apply normally.
