ST ATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AMENDING PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION 5527
REGARDING A DEVELOPl\-IENT REVIEW REQUEST FOR AN OI~'FICE BUILDING
LOCATED AT 7664 GREENFIELD A VENUE; PLANNING CASE NO. DEOO-002.
\VHEREAS. on February 26,2001, the City Council approved Resolution 5527, a
resolution approving a development revie\v to construct a 2,OO() square-foot ofTice building at
7664 Greenfield Avenue; and,
WHEREAS. the subject property is zoned B-3, Highway Business, is designated as a
"Neighborhood Commercial" use on the Comprehensive Plan and is legally described as follows:
lot 30. Block 3. GreC!I!/iclt! Plat 2. SlIhject to Road Easement

WHEREAS. the developer has requested that the resolution be amended to eliminate the
requirement for a four-foot wood fence along the south prope11y line, leaving in place the
requirement for the eight-foot fence.
\VHKREAS, in place of the l'our-foot fence, the developer \vill provide a planting of lilacs
according to the revised site plan, attached as Exhibit A.
WHEREAS, all other requirements, conditions and stipulations addressed in Resolution
5527 shall remain in force.
NO\V THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council o[the City of Mounds
View does hereby approve of the amendment to Resolution 5527 by removing the requirement to
construct a four-foot fence on the south property line, inse11ing in its place a planting oflilacs.
Adopted this 12th day of March, 200 I.
