CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Approving a Restaurant License for Bransey Enterprises, Inc.
dba Blimpies Subs and Salads
WHEREAS, Bransey Enterprises, Inc. dba Blimpies Subs and Salads has
applied for Restaurant License; and
WHEREAS, the necessary application materials have been submitted and
the appropriate fee paid; and
WHEREAS; the following departments or agencies have been contacted
and have indicated that the applicants have met all conditions for license
approval:
. Finance (Utility)
. Police Department
. Ramsey County Department of Public Health
. MN Department of Revenue
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a Restaurant License for Bransey Enterprises, Inc.
dba Blimpies Subs and Salads for March 26, 2001-June 30, 2002 contingent
upon a satisfactory Fire Inspection by the City's Fire Marshall.
