RESOLUTION 5563
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SCHOOL RESOURCE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View does support and approve the establishment of an agreement
between the City and Independent School District 621;
WHEREAS, The Council has discussed and approved the concept of School Resource Officer under
Resolution 5531;
WHEREAS, The Attorney for the City of Mounds View and School District 621 have reviewed the agreement
for services and payment;
WHEREAS, The Council has reviewed the agreement and is in accordance with the provisions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council for the City of Mounds View approves the
agreement with District 621 and authorizes the City Clerk-Administrator and Mayor to sign the agreement.
