CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View is in receipt of new equipment and programs from the Department of
Public Safety;
WHEREAS, The equipment and database is necessary to the functioning of the police department;
WHEREAS, The City intends to utilize the states equipment and database for the purposes of public safety;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council for the City of Mounds View approves the Joint
Powers Agreement with the Department of Public Safety and authorizes the Clerk-Administrator and Mayor
to sign the agreement.
