RESOLUTION NO. 5566
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARl MILEWSKI SHAY
TO THE POLICE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Police Civil Service Commissioner Rita Goldhammer
expired December 31,2000; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Goldhammer was asked to continue to serve until
such time as the hiring process to fill department vacancies had been completed and
that process is now complete; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Mari Milewski Shay has expressed an interest in serving on the
Police Civil Service Commission; and
WHERAS, Ms. Shay's term would be effective May 14, 2001-December 31,
2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council do
hereby approve Mari Milewski Shay for appointment to the Police Civil Service
Commission.
Adopted this 14th day of May, 2001.
