CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE NORTH METRO 1-
35W CORRIDOR COALITION HOUSING RESOURCE CENTER
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View recognizes that housing
maintenance and neighborhood reinvestment is an important issue in the
community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has established a goal to proactively
encourage housing and property maintenance to ensure stable neighborhoods
and maintain property values; and
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View supports educational efforts that will
assist property owners in renovating and remodeling their homes; and

WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View recognizes that the partnerships
created through the North Metro 1-35W Corridor Coalition will enable the City to
pursue this goal.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City
Mounds View hereby approves the participation in the Housing Resource Center
program through the North Metro 1-35W Corridor Coalition for a period of three
years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT such participation shall be reviewed
and evaluated on an annual basis and that detailed summary statistics shall be
presented.
