RESOLUTION 5574
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
Be it resolved that the Mounds View Police Department will enter into a grant agreement
with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety, for the project
entitled SAFE & SOBER COMMUNITIES, during the period of October 1, 2001 through
September 30,2002.
Mounds View Police Chief William Clark is hereby authorized to execute such agreements
and amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the Mounds
View Police Department, and is to be the fiscal agent and administrator of the grant.
I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the CITY COUNCIL of MOUNDS VIEW,
MINNESOTA on June 25th, 2001.
